Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number and images of the product (if damaged or defective).

CUSTOM ORDERS:
We cannot accept refunds for custom printed products since they are printed specifically for the customer and the product/design time spent was specific for that print job.

CANDY/PERISHABLE ITEMS:
Update 8/10/23* - Gym Candy Gummies, Swoly Creatine Gummies and other perishable items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or completely melted. Pictures ARE REQUIRED to be consider for a refund/reshipment on these items due to the nature of the product.

Starting a refund:
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@platesnacks.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once Plate Snacks receives the returned items, you will be refunded minus the original cost of shipping AND cost of return label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please provide images of the damaged item when contacting us of the issue.

We do not issue refunds if the Plate Snack sticker does not fit your weight. Prior to placing the sticker on the plate, you should ensure it fits properly with the backing on. If you would like to exchange the unused Plate Snack decal for another size, you can go through the exchange or refund process, but customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

When exchanging a product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will send an invoice for the shipping cost.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the cost of the return shipping label and original shipping cost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
