We ship all orders from our local facilities in Ohio. All orders are processed and shipping out within 2 - 7 business days based upon selected shipping rate.
We do not print/ship any custom items without customer approval of the proof we send.
Custom orders are not refundable. However, in the rare occurance there is an issue with your order once you receive it, please reach out to us at hello@platesnacks.com and we will make things right.

The stickers came out amazing! I ordered 100 Gloss and 100 Matte QR code custom stickers based off a logo I had created. Plate Snacks was able to revise the logo to work with the sticker shape I wanted.
I will be ordering more stickers in the future.
