How long will it take to get my orders?
We work hard to get your stickers shipped as quickly as possible from our facility in Ohio. Here's what to expect:
- Standard Products: We typically ship in-stock products within 1-2 business days.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders take a little longer. We aim to send a proof within 24 hours. Once approved, your order moves to production and is usually shipped within 2-4 business days.
- Shipping Time Estimates: At checkout, UPS and USPS provide estimated shipping times. However, these estimates do not include processing time. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help! There may be additional cost if a rush order is requested, or upgraded shipping.
Do you offer rush orders?
If you have a specific deadline, email us at hello@platesnacks.com and let us know the date you need your stickers delivered. We’ll confirm whether we can meet your deadline and recommend the best shipping option.
In most cases, we can accommodate rush requests, although expedited shipping may be required at an additional cost.
Already placed your order? No problem. Contact us with your order information and deadline. If a shipping upgrade is needed, we’ll send you an invoice for the difference.
Will I receive a proof before my stickers are printed?
Yes! Once you place your order, we typically send your proof within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email with a link where you can review your proof, approve it, or leave comments and request revisions.
We won’t move forward with production until your proof is approved. If you don’t see the proof email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
How durable are your stickers?
Our custom vinyl stickers are made for long-lasting use indoors or outdoors. They’re printed on durable vinyl and finished with a protective laminate to help protect your design from water, scratches, fading, and everyday wear and tear.

Are the stickers dishwasher safe?
Yes! Our laminated vinyl stickers are designed to stand up to water and everyday use, making them a great choice for water bottles, tumblers, and other washable items.
For the longest possible life, we recommend hand washing when possible, as repeated exposure to high heat and harsh dishwasher detergents can eventually shorten the life of any sticker.
