We work hard to get your stickers shipped as quickly as possible from our facility in Ohio. Here's what to expect:
- Standard Products: We typically ship in-stock products within 1-2 business days.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders take a little longer. We aim to send a proof within 24 hours. Once approved, your order moves to production and is usually shipped within 2-4 business days.
- Shipping Time Estimates: At checkout, UPS and USPS provide estimated shipping times. However, these estimates do not include processing time. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help! There may be additional cost if a rush order is requested, or upgraded shipping.
Custom orders are not refundable. However, in the rare occurrence there is an issue with your order once you receive it, please reach out to us at hello@platesnacks.com and we will make things right.
