Delivery times

The delivery time isn't as you mentioned on the website. If you have a high demand and will take longer to review the order for approval, I recommend letting the customer know to prevent a bad experience. I didn't use the product because the event had already passed when the package arrived.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry to hear the stickers arrived after your event — I completely understand how disappointing that can be.

To clarify, our website and shipping policy note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates, especially for custom orders that require design proofs and customer approval. Your order was placed late Wednesday night and required three separate proofs. We sent the first on Friday, your revision request came Saturday, and final approval wasn’t received until later in the day on Sunday the 6th. The production process started on Monday and finished up on Tuesday to ship on Wednesday.

At checkout, the estimated delivery time you saw was based on your original Maryland shipping address and didn’t include design, proof approval, printing, lamination, and cutting for nearly 1,000 stickers. When the address was changed to California, that naturally extended the delivery timeline since we ship from Ohio.

We always do our best to turn around custom orders quickly, and if we had known the stickers were needed by a specific event date, we would have suggested an expedited shipping option to ensure timely arrival.
