Custom Barbell End Caps
Add some style and personalization to your home gym with some custom barbell end caps. These end caps fit the majority of the most popular brands including Rogue, Titan, Rep and other barbells with a snap ring design.
How does it work?
Send us your logo, design or text and we will make the rest happen. We will add text and other aspects to the overall design but we will not design you a new logo or graphic.
Each pair of decals comes with a pair of a pair of aluminum (.08mm) replacement caps with your order. You can use the aluminum set or your existing barbell end caps by adding the custom decal to it.
All end caps measure 1.6” unless otherwise noted when ordering.
Turnaround time is 5-10 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We will not replicate end caps of existing barbells. The goal is to personalize your home gym and make it YOURS!
We work hard to get your stickers shipped as quickly as possible from our facility in Ohio. Here's what to expect:
- Standard Products: We typically ship in-stock products within 1-2 business days.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders take a little longer. We aim to send a proof within 24 hours. Once approved, your order moves to production and is usually shipped within 2-4 business days.
- Shipping Time Estimates: At checkout, UPS and USPS provide estimated shipping times. However, these estimates do not include processing time. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to help! There may be additional cost if a rush order is requested, or upgraded shipping.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, contact us at support@platesnacks.com. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are custom orders refundable?
Custom orders are non-refundable, but if there is an issue with your order, we’ll make it right! Reach out to us at support@platesnacks.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve the problem.

I bought a boneyard power bar from Rogue. It came with plain metal end caps. Put my favorite band's logo on. Cheap prices, good quality and fast shipping. Will order more for my other bars. One suggestion, maybe I missed this, but size down your image just a bit to account for the ring that holds the end cap in place.

These are absolutely amazing to give your barbells just a little bit more personalization the customer service was amazing and very understanding 10/10 would purchase again and recommend everyone in the gym loves the way they make the barbell look
The caps look great, but they don't fit on my barbell. The barbell is a standard olympic barbell from Fringe Sport. Your custom end caps appear to be an eighth of an inch larger in diameter than what will fit on my barbell.

Im glad the quality was up to par. However, when it comes to fit, unfortunately there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to this. While normal barbell specs are typically consistent, when it comes to the endcaps, it varies quite a bit. Thats one of the reasons we send extra stickers that can be applied to the back side of the existing end caps.
