We ship all orders from our local facilities in Ohio. All non-custom orders are processed and shipping out within 2 - 7 business days based upon selected shipping rate.
We will typically have a proof for custom orders send in 12-36 hours. Once the customer accepts the proof, we will send to print. We cannot guarantee shipping times, but if theres a certain date you need them by, send us an email and we will let you know if we can make the timeline.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not 100% satisfied with your order*
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to make things right and correc the problem!
